How do I take a Sample?

With the pump operating, wash out an empty 1 litre (approximate) bottle a few times with the pool/spa water before taking a sample from below the surface and away from any jets or water outlets. Bring it into us, if you are a first time customer you'll need to tell us the:

Volume of the Pool/Spa (estimate if not known lenght x width x depth)

Surface of Pool/Spa (Fibreglass, concrete, vinyl, painted, etc)

Condition of water (cloudly, clear, green, brown, etc)

If you are using salt chlorination we also need to know the make and model of the chlorinating unit.
